1. Do you personalize items that are not purchased from your store?
Yes, we are happy to embroider or apply vinyl to items you bring in to us.
2. What is the cost of personalization?
Personalization is included in the price of our in-store items. Customer supplied item pricing starts at $20 per item for typical sizing and increases based on stitch count.
3. How long does it take to get something personalized?
It generally takes about a week, but we will email you as soon as your order is ready!
4. Do you do rush orders?
Yes, we can generally take rush orders Monday-Friday for an additional fee.
5. How much is the rush fee?
The rush fee ranges from $5-$25 depending on how quickly you need the item and the time of year.
6. What fabrics can you embroider?
We can embroider many different fabric types. However, we generally cannot work with leather, silk, loose knits, or fabrics that are super stretchy or thin. We are happy to take a look at your item to assess whether it will work on our machines.
7. Do you ship orders?
Yes, we are able to ship within the U.S. for $18.95. If you are shipping out of state, we take off the tax.
8. Can you embroider custom logos?
