Traditional Monogram guidelines are as follows:
Monogram Style - When the monogram has a larger letter in the center, the order is First LAST Middle.
Initials Style - When the letters are all the same size across (such as M2 & M3), the order should be First Middle LAST.
For couples - the woman's initial is traditionally first -- the order of initials should be Woman LAST Man.
